Calling all Garlic Lovers
My family is big on garlic. It’s one of those ingredients that sneaks its way into almost every dish we make. Whether we’re crushing fresh cloves into a skillet, roasting a whole head until it’s buttery soft, or reaching for one of our go-to blends, garlic always finds a place on the table.
What I love most about garlic is its versatility. It can be bold and punchy, mellow and sweet, or even smoky depending on how it’s prepared. And when you combine it with the right seasonings, you can take the flavor to a whole new level.
